All confirmed booking are non-amendable & non-refundable less than 24 hours prior to arrival or in case of no-show.
In case of cancellation less than 24 hours prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.
Cancellations will be accepted by no later than 12-noon on the day prior to arrival. If the booking comprises more than one room with different arrival dates, the deadline for cancellation is 12-noon on the day prior to the earliest arrival date. Please note that it is not possible to cancel only part of a booking. The cancellation applies to every room included in the booking.
In order to obtain a refund for the prepaid amount, the cancellation must be made online via our website. The prepaid amount will therefore not be refunded automatically if the cancellation is made by phone, email, letter or otherwise.
Bookings may be cancelled by mailing email@example.com. Please enter your booking number and the email address used to make the booking. You can find the booking number in the booking confirmation sent to you by email. If the terms of cancellation have been met, we will refund the full amount for the entire booking to the payment card used to make the booking. The amount will be refunded within 1-8 days after cancellation.
In case of cancellation later than 12-noon prior to arrival or in case of a “no-show” the full amount for the booking must be paid regardless of whether the reservation is used in full or in part.
